The format codes can be used to generate a string with date and time. Any other characters will appear in the string without change.

The format codes always have leading zeros as necessary to ensure a constant ﬁeld width. An optional # modiﬁer before the format

code letter removes the leading zeros from the following format codes: %#d, %#H, %#I, %#j, %#m, %#M, %#S, %#y, %#Y.

The # modiﬁer does not modify the behaviour of any other format codes.

%p AM or PM ﬂag

%Y year, including the century (for example, 1997)
